WHAT ARE FRACTIONAL SERVICES?
I know what you are thinking "fractional is just the newest phrase for consulting". While that may be true in parts of the market, at FRKTL, we aim to provide much more. We realize that not all businesses need a full-time Accountant, Operations or HR role, but every company needs these roles in some capacity in order to scale and be succesfull. That is where FRKTL comes into the picture. We can provide these services on a fractional (think part-time) basis which allows you to scale your business. We come along side you to help grow your business and ensure that it is aligned with your business. In short, FRKTL bridges the gap to growth in your business.
WHAT IS A FRKTL AND HOW DO I SAY IT?
Stick with me for a moment while I take you down the rabbit hole of why I chose the name FRKTL and what it means.

When naming my business, I wanted something inspired by the word fractional but with a unique twist. I kept coming back to the word fractal, but seeing it written out didn’t excite me. So, I decided to get creative with its pronunciation—"frak·tl"—and did a little
disemvolewling (yes, that’s a thing). The result? FRKTL.

A fractal is a geometric shape that is infinitely scalable. The concept of scalability is what drew me to the word—because that’s exactly what FRKTL provides.
